Syndicate Strong tries to hem the scholar transport carriers in the voting of the category
The syndicalism, the category representation in Brazil, is a social phenomenon, and as all of them, their limits are the damage and the advantage they bring, in the case to the category.
The Syndicate Strong central, on May 22nd (Sunday) in Osasco- SP, they proved to autonomous scholar transport carrier category an unacceptable damage. They tried to impose a FARCE, a burlesque; they took to the assembly many unemployed people passing as carriers and being paid by them, as if they were real. And more, using an iron door and securities they hemmed the true scholar transport carriers to vote in the assembly.
Unfortunately this practice is very common to syndicate movement and central syndicate, who use their unemployed called ‘syndicate mouse’, who are paid to pass by category members, principally when an assembly occurs.
Although, fortunately, in our scholar transportation category, these practices won’t occur, because we have our main leader Lurdinha Rodrigues, and our leaders know almost all category members, so it is easy to see the farce, these practices remember the colonels in the north of our country.
This is an addiction, which have to finish in the Brazilian syndicate movement or it will damage the syndicalism in our country.
 We didn’t intimidated because with the farces were only nine real transport carriers including the ones who signed the convocation edictal in the journal, one of them concurred in the voting in 1997 to directory and received only 4 votes, 16 to their platform. Today seem that they lost their force, because it went down from 16 to 9 the number of people who were with them.
The true scholar transport carriers of Osasco and region, didn’t entered in the place, they had to do the assembly in the middle of the street in front of the address the farces used to convoke the assembly of other category syndicate.
There are 350 (three hundred and fifty) autonomous scholar transport carriers in the region of Osasco – SP, were there 57 (fifty seven) and more 23 (twenty three) carriers who take part in the National Federation of Scholar Transportation, total of 80 (eighty) scholar transport carriers who voted against the foundation of a new syndicate, though, 25% (twenty five per cent) of local category decided too, in voting, the known of SINTEOR – Scholar Transport Carriers Syndicate of Osasco and Region as the only and truly category syndicate.
Imagine if the farces have the power of knowing the real syndicates, as it was purposed to syndicate central, today is did by Work and Job Minister, it would be horrible to Brazil syndicates.
 The syndicate centrals would have to know what they want to represent, because the carriers are employees, they have their own vehicles and a monitor.
Remember that we have all over the state the representation by economic syndicates to the category, registered in DRTs and signed with professional category syndicate of Scholar Transport Carriers Employed.
We don’t understand why a syndicate central of employed syndicates tries to interfere in our category.
And more, we want to know when we have a conflict of interesting between the autonomous scholar transport carrier and his employee, whether the driver or monitor, beside who they are going to be?
Finally, we have to manifest ourselves:
Down to the farce syndicalism that tries to win above them who work with their job force!
Down to the syndicalism that doesn’t have any representation for our category, but they try to impose as criminals!
Down the pickaxes of syndicate movement!
