SBCampo Transportation Secretary wants to include on ABC Consortium the prohibition of insulfilm on scholar vehicles
On São Bernardo do Campo, the SINTESC and the Municipal Secretary of Transportation on Public Roads are diverging about the non reflective film (insulfilm), by the city hall. This is irrelevant in front of many bad things in the scholar transportation of the city. Today they have almost twice times carriers from Santo André and almost the same on number of students carried.
The polemic is the insulfilm that as the techniques say it is just a benefit to people who use it. Once that it reduces the temperature inside the vehicle and impedes the glasses fall above the kids if the car hit on other and when being robbed difficult the burglar vision.
