POLITIC CONSCIENCE AND DISCIPLINE
The Scholar Transportation set is a recent activity in our country, which is consolidating as one of the most efficient practice of public politics, but the politic conscience and the discipline are absent in the set. The carrier with the intervention of the Syndicate has been showed one of the fewer segments that developed in this item.
The Public Power still comes across administration that balances the considerable part of the category services, whether by municipal, by State, or by Union.
It’s missing to the on duty authorities a state vision, giving importance to the creation of a public politic forward society in this service.
There is the Syndicate that promotes manifestations on public avenues, puts their mouth in the trombone, or better in the microphone, promotes lots of requests, rites and processes to reduce the taxes to Scholar Transportation and even though they don’t win in a efficient way the expected results.
It would be very easy to the authorities promoting an agreement with the Federation, their Syndicates, to have the reduction of IPI, ICMS, IPVA, DPVAT, etc., it would be planned and reduced by the auctions promoted by the State. Everybody would win, in this way the carried people would win new vehicles, offering a better transportation to the clients, getting a fewer spend on maintenance and employing people.
While this doesn’t occur, the Syndicate calls all their associated to prepare theirselves to a big manifestation on July 15, where once more, one more year of fight, we will vindicate the benefits already won by other categories in the transportation.
