Student parents and transport carriers of Cooprove make manifestation
The scholar carriers who make transport carry from Cooprove and the parents of the students carried by them made a manifestation in front of the City hall of São Paulo, because the carriers aren’t receiving their cash from Cooprove, due to they don’t have condition to work and they are even without money to fuel their vehicles to go work. The children parents are sympathetic with the carriers, but they need a solution, their children aren’t going to school since the beginning of classes because they are without scholar transportation.
“Cooprove isn’t accomplishing the contract, are you going to do something?” asked the mothers commission to the Mr. Generous, Cabinet Head of Municipal Secretary of Transport.
Cooprove is winning from city hall for the service they aren’t executing, that’s why everybody revolts theirselves. This is raising upset to the transport carriers and the poor population who need their services.
Mr. Generoso promised to the parents that their children will be carried from April 1st on.
CONCLUSION
The City Hall has blocked up Cooprove’s payment, but they finished settling below the promise of payment to scholar transport carriers.
Although Simetesp didn’t understand why Cooprove, even without fulfilling the contract, had benefits by City Hall and didn’t suffer any penalties. They let to pay their employees and let to carry the children for 2 months.
It is very serious what happened because City Hall becomes immoral to collect from individuals and others juridical people fulfill of the contract, even because Cooprove did everything without penalty.
What Cooprove did is passible of contractual rescission.
Let’s wait to see if justice is going to be done, but while this part of children stay without scholar transportation.
